The club is very supportive of any scheme to encourage new blood into the sport, particularly in respect of younger shooters and has held open days in the past for various organisations including the Scout movement, The University of the Third Age and Monmouth Youth Services

All new members to the Club will be subject to a probationary period, during which you will be expected to attend the Club and complete the necessary basic training. Once training has been completed and you have attended the range then you will be put forward to the Committee for approval to become a full member.
Membership fees are reviewed and set by the membership annually at the AGM, which is held in November. Fees are then due for payment by the 31st December of that year for the subsequent year.
Any member who has not paid by the 31st December, automatically has their membership suspended until payment is made in full. If no payment is received by the 31st January then you are deemed to have left the Club, in which case, notification of your departure will be given to the Police Authority and if you wish to re-join the Club then you will be subject to pay the Joining fee, as well as the annual fee with the status of a probationary member. .
